libdevice-cdio-perl software package provides CD Input and control library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdevice-cdio-perl
libdevice-cdio-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdevice-cdio-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdevice-cdio-perl *
You will get with libdevice-cdio-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
